Amount per daily serving:

Passion Flower (extract 4:1) - 500mg
California poppy (extract 4:1) - 300mg
Tart Cherry - 160mg
Chamomile flower (extract 4:1) - 100mg
Magnesium Glycinate - 100mg
Ginger Root - 50mg
Lavender flower (extract 4:1) - 20mg
Zinc Picolinate - 10mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) - 5mg
Additional ingredients (Hydroxpropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose)

Directions:

Take 3 x capsules daily, with food in the evening.

Is this product right for me?

Suitable for ages 12
Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medication such as warfarin.
Take caution that many of the sedating herbs in this product can enhance the effects of sedative medications i.e. benzodiazepines.
